1. Welded Wire Mesh Machines for Construction and Fencing

Welded mesh production requirements vary considerably between markets. Some manufacturers need reinforcing or construction mesh, while others are producing welded fence panels for residential, industrial and high-security projects.

2. Expanded Metal Machines for Different Sheet and Mesh Requirements

An expanded metal machine should be selected around the finished product you intend to sell rather than tonnage alone.

Sheet thickness, material, working width, mesh opening and finished application all affect machine selection.

If you manufacture expanded metal for construction, industrial platforms, fencing, filtration or decorative applications, bring your samples, drawings or target mesh dimensions to Booth 20.1K07.

DAPU can discuss different expanded metal machine configurations according to your sheet material and finished mesh requirements rather than offering one machine for every application.

3. Wire Drawing Machines for Your Own Wire Production

For mesh manufacturers looking to gain more control over raw wire supply, producing wire in-house can become an important part of factory expansion.

At Canton Fair, you can discuss your incoming wire, target finished diameter, required capacity and downstream application with our team.

DAPU supplies wire drawing machines and wire drawing production solutions for different wire processing requirements. If the drawn wire will later be used for welded mesh or other wire products, tell us your complete production plan so that we can look at the process as a whole.

• panel or roll dimensions;
• raw material information;
• required daily or hourly production capacity;
• existing factory conditions if this is an expansion project.

If you are a new investor, simply tell us what product you intend to manufacture and which market you plan to sell it in. Our team can start from the finished product and discuss the machinery required to produce it.
