Paying-off stage:
A pneumatic pull-up pay-off stand is used to ensure smooth feeding of wires and avoid entanglement. This stand carries a wire weight of no more than 2.5 tons and is equipped with an emergency stop system to ensure safe operation.

Stripping stage:
After the wire is paid off, it enters a mechanical stripping machine. The machine is composed of a welded steel structure and is equipped with three alloy stripping wheels to effectively remove oxides on the surface of the wire and ensure the high quality of the wire surface.

Wire drawing stage:
The peeled low-carbon wire enters the Φ560mm wire drawing drum. The drum is made of ZG45 cast steel and has a service life of ≥22,000 hours. The internal slit water cooling and strong air cooling system maintains a suitable processing temperature to improve the wire drawing effect.

Mold cooling and lubrication:
During the wire drawing process, the mold box is equipped with an independent cooling water and lubricating powder supply system, and a rotating mold design is used to prevent wire deformation, ensuring a stable cooling effect and no leakage.

Wire drawing stage:
The cooled wire finally enters the wire drawing device to ensure efficient and neat winding. The wire drawing device is reasonably designed to facilitate subsequent processing and transportation, completing the entire wire drawing process.
