1. Can this machine produce both Hinge-Joint and Fixed-Knot fence types?

We offer dedicated models for both. The Hinge-Joint model is our most popular for general livestock, offering flexibility under pressure. The Fixed-Knot model is a heavy-duty powerhouse designed for high-tensile wire, creating a rigid structure that doesn't sag or slide, ideal for large deer or high-security farm boundaries.


2. How flexible is the machine in terms of adjusting mesh height and hole sizes?

Extremely flexible. The horizontal wire spacing is adjustable via the PLC touch screen, while the vertical wire spacing (mesh width) can be changed by adjusting the mechanical gears. This allows you to produce "graduated" mesh—smaller holes at the bottom to keep out small predators and larger holes at the top to save material.


3. Does the machine support high-tensile galvanized wire (hard wire)?

Yes. Our machines are built with reinforced cold-alloy steel molds and high-torque motors specifically to handle high-tensile wire (up to 1200MPa). This is crucial for the South African and Australian markets, where high-tensile wire is preferred for its longevity and resistance to stretching.


4. What is the production speed, and can one operator manage the whole line?

The machine operates at a stable speed of 30-50 strokes per minute, producing hundreds of meters of fencing per shift. Because the wire feeding, knotting, and rolling are fully synchronized, one operator can easily supervise the entire process, including wire coil changes.


5. How does the machine ensure the knots remain tight and don't slide along the wires?

Precision is in the timing. Our mechanical knotting fingers are synchronized with a precision cam system that applies exact pressure during the wrap. This ensures each knot "locks" onto the line wire, preventing the vertical wires from sliding even under heavy animal pressure or extreme temperature fluctuations.


6. What kind of maintenance is required for the knotting mechanism in dusty farm environments?

We’ve integrated a centralized lubrication system that protects the core knotting components. The machine's key friction points are made of wear-resistant materials, requiring only a quick daily cleaning and routine oiling to maintain 24/7 operation in rural or industrial settings.
